The economic empowerment program was conceived to train, upskill and equip rural girls and women with skills for economic independence. The program targeted girls and women who didn’t have the chance to gain knowledge and be industry ready for suitable employment opportunities. Through this endeavor, we are working towards a progressive mission of creating hundreds of job opportunities in interior parts of Uttar Pradesh. Unskilled and semi-skilled women are given job training in vocations like stitching, hand embroidery, and machine embroidery.
